Emily M. Jones is an associate with the firm and focuses her practice on general civil and appellate litigation, including creditor’s rights, banking law and collections, bankruptcy, catastrophic injury, family law, labor and employment, probate, guardianship, and white-collar crime. She is a 2007 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law, and also holds a TU Certificate in International and Comparative Law. Emily obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas in 2004, where she majored in Journalism.

A fourth generation KU graduate, Emily enjoys returning to Lawrence for football and basketball games with her family. She is also very involved in the Tulsa community and often volunteers for organizations that focus on helping Tulsa’s youth. Emily is a member of the Tulsa, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in and governing Oklahoma.
