D. Faith Orlowski has practiced law in Tulsa since 1978. Her practice concentrates on oil and gas, real property, and estate planning. She has extensive experience in all phases of land and title matters, oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures, general corporate and business planning and elder law/ estate planning/ probate/ guardianships. She has served as lead and local counsel in major acquisitions and multi-bank financing projects.

She has been a member of the board of directors for the Oklahoma Bar Association Real Property Section and chaired the Section in 2000-2001. She is a frequent national and regional lecturer on oil and gas, real property, Indian land law, and estate planning topics. In another important area of her practice, Ms. Orlowski represents clients in complex and contested probate matters, administration and resolution of trust issues as well as estates that include Native American lands and oil and gas production.
