David H. Herrold is a shareholder and director of the firm. He is a 1996 graduate of the University of Tulsa College of Law and maintains a diverse practice emphasizing commercial litigation, banking, lender liability and commercial law, creditor’s rights and bankruptcy, as well as business organizations and transactions and estate planning. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1992, and he is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations and admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in and governing Oklahoma.
